For Flooring Xtra members, your pre-payment plan covers one Business Delegate attendance and accommodation of one room at the JW Marriott for three nights.  If you are unsure what your particular pre-payment covers for your attendance, email conference@flooringxtra.co.nz.

For additional accommodation we’ve secured incredible rates at the JW Marriott, Auckland during the conference dates of 2nd, 3rd and 4th of September 2026. All rates given include that famous Marriott breakfast for the room guests.

When registration opens, $295 +GST per night

From May 1st, the rate will increase to $350 +GST per night

From July 1st, the rate will increase to $450 +GST per night

Any additional nights required outside conference dates will be quoted at the time of registration.

For a domestic conference we ask you to organise your own flights. 

We will not be offering a shuttle service for domestic conference.

Parking is available at a cost. JW Marriott valet parking is $70 per day.

Downtown Carpark car park is nearby (5-minute walk) and is $25 per day.

JW Marriott does not have EV charging available.
