Flooring Xtra’s 2026 Conference will be taking place at JW Marriott in Auckland City. Please see our Accommodation page for more details.The conference will start on the 2nd of September for our members. Supplier partners will join us on the 3rd. See the Agenda for start times.
The Conference will finish on the 4th of September with the grand Gala Dinner as the final event!
The Gala dinner is held onsite in the ballroom. No transfers required. Simply travel the elevator to the ballroom and back.

Please wear your Flooring Xtra branded attire to the business sessions.You will be supplied a Lanyard during arrival. Please keep this on you for all business sessions. As we like to be as eco-friendly as possible, please at the end of day 3 return the Lanyard’s to our Motive team on-site.
The group team activity may require moderate physical activity so comfortable clothing and shoes will be required for that activity.
This years Gala dinner dress code is Black Tie.

Attendees cannot attend online. The conference is only available in-person. The sessions will not be recorded for viewing later. -
Yes, there will be a mobile app. Details of this will be released closer to the event.

All Registrations must be completed by July 31st. -
Yes, but this must be cleared with the CEO first, a number of the sessions may be commercially confidential in nature. -
Please contact us for more information on registration fees and costs. -
All invoices and payments will be issued and managed by Flooring Xtra Licensing Limited as they are incurred. -
Please contact us for these costs. -
If you can no longer make it, please contact us as early as possible. You will not receive a refund on your attendance fee, however if there are any extra costs (upgrades etc) we will look into these for you.

No, you do not have to attend all events, however we would prefer you do!Please let us know if you will not be attending any events.

Yes, the Team bonding activities are likely to contain light to moderate exercise.
Networking

You will be able to network with other members during the business sessions, and member-only sessions. Please see agenda for when these are available. -
There will be lots of opportunities to network with our supplier partners throughout day 2 and day 3 of conference. -
There will be a Welcome Night Event on the evening of Wednesday 2nd September, at the JW Marriott restaurant Trivet.
Logistics

A taxi from the airport takes about 35 minutes and are readily available outside the main terminal.

For a domestic conference we ask you to organise your own flights.
We will not be offering a shuttle service for domestic conference.
Parking is available at a cost. JW Marriott valet parking is $70 per day.
Downtown Carpark car park is nearby (5-minute walk) and is $25 per day.
JW Marriott does not have EV charging available.
